¼ cup vegan sour cream (try Tofutti Better Than Sour Cream)
¼ cup fresh dill weed, chopped
Sandwiches:
8 slices bread
½ medium bell pepper (any color), sliced
1 small tomato, sliced
2 avocados, sliced into at least 4 strips per avocado half
½ small red onion, sliced thin (optional)
