1 clove of garlic
¼ cup pine nuts
Directions:
The Sandwich:
2 slices of bread
1 Boca Chik'n Patty
2 tablespoons vegan pesto (see recipe above)
1 tablespoon vegan mayo (try Vegenaise)
2 small tomato slices
2 large lettuce leaves
