Soy Yogurt and Fruit Parfait

4 strawberries
1 teaspoon sugar
1 (6-ounce) container soy yogurt (try WholeSoy & Co.—vanilla or your favorite flavor)
1 small banana
1 cup crunchy cereal (try Kashi Go Lean Crunch—Protein & High Fiber)

Directions:

  1. Slice the strawberries and place them at the bottom of the bowl.
  2. Stir the sugar into the soy yogurt container. Place about half of the yogurt on top of the strawberries.
  3. Slice the banana and place in the bowl, on top of the yogurt and strawberries.
  4. Pour the remaining yogurt into the bowl, and then sprinkle the crunchy cereal on top.

Variation: Add some nuts (like almonds or walnuts) for extra flavor and protein!
